This page explains how the current website and early-access waitlist handle information. Last updated September 23, 2026.
Who the waitlist is for
Only a parent or guardian should complete the waitlist form. Children should not submit personal information. We ask for the parent's name, email address, and a child's age range, not the child's name. Please do not include a child's personal details when contacting us.
What we collect and why
We use the information submitted through the waitlist to record your interest, contact you about early access and new games, and help plan an age-appropriate experience. Joining the waitlist is free and is not a purchase. Messages you send us by email may include the information you choose to share.
Where the information goes
The website sends waitlist entries through our website server to a Google Apps Script, which saves them in a Google Sheet. Our hosting provider and Google may process technical information needed to operate those services. We do not sell waitlist information or use it for targeted advertising.
Games and checkout
Our game link opens a separate site hosted on GitHub Pages. If you choose to unlock a game, its payment flow uses Stripe. Review the information presented by those services when you follow the link or begin checkout. This website does not collect payment card numbers through its waitlist form.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your waitlist entry or stop early-access emails by emailing samvannoymedia@gmail.com from the address you used to join. We will use your email to locate and handle the request.
